Vicky Wayling lives in Northamptonshire. She is a mother of six and a grandmother of ten but still finds the time to run Vicky’s Embroidery Services. She is also the proud owner of three Leonbergers, of which two have qualified for Crufts. In 2014, one of her dogs came 5th in the “Best Bitch” category.
Since 2014, Vicky’s client list has grown to over 200. She prides herself on her personal one-to-one service and is quite happy to discuss in detail all of your requirements. She takes care to understand exactly what her clients require. No request is too small or too large! Depending on the size of your order, Vicky can turn it around in five working days or less. As well as the UK, she fulfils orders around the world and has delighted clients in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and Israel. Shipping is not a problem.
Vicky can embroider anything on anything, within reason. She uses six and ten-reel Brother Embroidery machines, capable of embroidering different sizes of designs. With the help of husband John, Vicky can supply designs from digital images, hard copy or as any embroidery file. They will digitise your image and supply a “Screen Shot” picture of the digitised logo and a “stitch-out” sample, if required, for your approval before it is transferred onto any garment. The stitch-out sample indicates how many stitches are needed, which decides the price of the embroidery. The price of the garment or other item is supplied separately.
The charge for digitisation is £25 per individual logo. This charge will be deducted from any order you place. Once you have approved your design, Vicky will ask you to send payment before she starts stitching. Payment is preferred by PayPal, as both parties are covered but, if it’s easier for you, she will accept cheques or BACS payments.
Your completed order will be sent to you via the Post Office 1st class service. If you prefer tracked or signed-for post there will be additional cost to cover this.
